At ICENOVAS, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your watch, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process. Please read the following guidelines to understand our refund and return policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The watch must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear and tear.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of use.


2. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  3. Shipping the Item: Carefully pack the item, including all accessories, and ship it to the following address:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.


3. Refund Process

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different model or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new item to you. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if there is a price difference.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
